The Bad Effects Of Energy Drinks?

I have seen related literature that drinking too much energy drinks can add a fatal strain to your heart. These energy drinks are the one injected with so much caffeine that you stay awake for an extra length of time.

I use to drink an energy drink from time to time before my workout. Should I stop?


  • Yes you should definitely stop. Even though it definitely does a great job as an energy source, it is just unhealthy. With all it's benefits the negative effects of it are at least double the benefits that it offers.
  • Yes you should stop they are very bad for you. Some of the bad things energy drinks can cause are: cardiac arrest, headaches and migraines, insomnia, type 2 diabetes, addiction to caffeine, jitters and nervousness, vomiting, and allergic reactions.
