How long do you normally work out?

Something I have been wondering for a while is how long people actually work out. I normally spend around two hours of my day exercising around six days a week, and I am very interested to hear how long others spend on average.

  • Depending on how busy my day is and what I have planned, I usually work out 6 days a week. My sessions are usually 90 minutes long unless I feel super motivated then I can go for 2 hours. On the day I take off I usually do some sort of cardio workout.
