I am just starting out and will be posting my own personal success story here soon. I just wanted to be the first on this thread and maybe get the ball rolling for everyone else.
Currently, I am 44 years old and out of shape. I need to make time to get to the gym and make it count. That's why I'm here. I am willing to give the MI40 a try and see if anyone here is able to provide some much needed motivation. If we all work off of each other, we can have better success.
