I'm not very satisfied about my shoulders development an I was looking fr some help. What exercises or what strategy should I try to make them grow faster. I'm already using the MI40 principles so I want to mix them with something new.
I personally believe that the overhead shoulder press is the best workout for shoulders. Overhead shoulder presses are not only great at working out the shoulder, but also very efficient as they work all three deltoids of the shoulder.
