MI40-What is It?

I am sure there are a lot of people who stumbled upon this site the same way I did and I'll bet they are also wondering exactly what is MI40 and how will it help them. I was wondering if we could get a primer on it here.


  • I would like a link to a video or a explanation of what this workout entails. Thank you very much to anybody who responds to this.
  • MI40 is a muscle building program primarily based on Mass Intentions and Neurological Overload Sets and the number 40 stands for a lot of things like seconds to complete a set, resting time, numer of exercises and so on. Ben Pakulski says that it is more important to build more tension in your muscles than lifting heavier weights. Here is a short video about this program:
