I am trying to eat healthier foods to lose weight. Can anyone give me some good healthy foods/meals that will help me lose weight?
I'm going to share with you some of the foods that I eat weekly in order to lose some weight. Chicken would be my first pick, then yogurt, oats, eggs, milk, cottage cheese, tuna or any kind of fish actually, nuts, fruits, vegetables. I hope my answer will help you.
All whole grain or unprocessed foods
Any fruits or vegetables
Plain popcorn - lightly salted
Wheat breads (Avoid White breads)
Eating those foods will help you loose weight.
