What To Eat Before, During, After Workout

This has been talked about on MI40 Forum and questions have been asked about what to eat before and after a workout. Optimal nutrition before, during and after a workout is key to building muscle and shedding fat. The question is, what to eat?     I try not to eat pre-workout. At the most, I'll have a protein shake. Certainly no carbs - which is the same as in the video.

    During the workout?

    I've never thought about it really. I don't eat at all during my workout. Maybe I should try it.

    After the workout?

    depends. I do intermittent fasting, so I usually eat before my main meal of the day. Most days that's clean.

    On a friday, it's leg day, and also my cheat window. I'll eat a LOT of food on that day. Pizzas, burgers, the lot.
