Best foods for regular bowel movements?

I know this isn’t something a lot of people like to talk about. But, sometimes I can be a bit irregular. What foods should I eat so I can go more frequently? when doing MI40!?

  • I listed some foods below. I also recommend taking vitamin C, it's a natural laxative. You can take around 2000-5000 mg a day and adjust from there. I don't recommend going over 7000 mg unless you're near a bathroom.
