Healthy drinks that don't have many calories?

I’ve been counting how many calories I get from drinks. I can’t believe how loaded some are with calories. I know that water is calorie free and good for you. But, what are some things to drink other than water? I need something that has a little taste from time to time


  • Flavor water with naturally with fruits and veggies like lemons, oranges, watermelon, cucumber, mint, or limes. You can also put chopped up fruit in an ice cube tray, add water, and freeze. Place these colorful fruit cubes in your beverage for instant flavor.

    Jeltzer - Mix 100% juice with seltzer. Mix one part juice with three parts seltzer. A thick, tart juice, such as cranberry, pomegranate, or grape, tastes great.

    Healthy Lemon Lime Soda - A glass of sparkling or seltzer water, add a few slices of lemon or lime or both, and a dash of stevia-based sweetener, which is calorie-free and low in carbs.

    Green Tea or any Loose Tea

    Red Wine

    Black Coffee

    Vegetable Juice

    Low-fat, Unsweetened Almond and Vanilla Soy Milk
