I need some healthy breakfast ideas

Like most people I don’t always have the time to prepare breakfast. I’ve got a lot of things I have to do. Then I have to get off to work. What are some healthy fast breakfast ideas?

    Multigrain Waffles
    Apricot
    Wheat Chex
    Rye melba toast with low-fat cream cheese and dried cranberries
    Apple slices dipped in a tablespoon of almond butter
