What do you think about those shady pre-workouts. I personally find them useless and addictive which leads to a waste of money. I never tried one actually. Did you try them?


  • Ben Pakulski actually has a couple of pre-workouts on his site. He has a going no carb pre-workout, the slow carb protocol, and he also combines them as he says the best of both worlds is to stick with the non-carb pre-workout, then after about 20-30 minutes of hard exercise, he adds in some simple carbohydrates in the form of Vitargo with 30 grams of BCAA’s. This will still allow for the GH release, the neural drive to start the workout, plus finish the workout with the cell swelling and hyperemia.
